Just before Christmas Taryn taught Jocelyn a new trick called dive in and out of your crib head first. Since we like Jocelyn's head just the way it is (and her neck) we had to get out the toddler bed...She was not impressed and it has been a rough transition...The first week or so she was frequently found like this....poor kid. Nap time has also taken a direct hit. She still really needs a nap but it is amazing how quietly she can sneak out of bed and play...or unload all the clothes in her dresser....We love this girl and hope for more sleep and less refolding soon...

My boys like sleeping on the floor so much better when they first transition to a bed. So for Dexy, I just put him directly on the floor on a few egg crates. It worked great! Might give it a try with Jocelyn.
