ONE FABULOUS WEEKEND

So last weekend was so so so much fun. Friday afternoon Brent was able to take off and we met some friends for a great hike. The trail has a stream with pools deep enough to swim in and cliff jump in some places.

That evening my boyfriend took me to a fantastic concert at Tuachann. Five for Fighting reminds me of my working days and very specific patients that I really loved. It was awesome to look up and see the stars and sing along and yell really loud and just enjoy a night out.

Isn't my baby the cutest baby ever!? She is able to take naps on our hikes because these sunglasses make it nice and dark and she actually leaves them on.

Saturday after soccer games we took the girls miniature golfing for the first time. Let's just say they didn't get the whole concept of counting strokes and not picking up the ball and putting it exactly where they wanted it BUT it was fun.
That night we have a fabulous BBQ with our friends the Francoms. It was seriously one fabulous weekend!

PRACTICALLY....PRACTICALLY...

Tonight while getting ready for bed Taryn looked at me in all seriousness and asked "Mom am I practically a woman?"

other sillys

These are just other random pictures/excitement from lately....

So she has been called google monster a little bit less lately because her checks now balance out her big eyes....but seriously look at that face and tell me you don't just want to smooch it every second of every minute of every hour of every day....and still I would want to love her some more...and yes her hair is starting to grow back in SLOWLY but EVENLY...and yes she is still blonde blonde blonde...
Cami and her school choir performing at the Art Festival in the Down town city center...She is the one on the front row way on the edge...you know the one without rhythm but doing a fabulous job anyway...

A few Saturdays ago Brent was helping do an eagle scout project in the drive way. Cami went out to watch and when I checked on her later this is what I found....Reading on a blanket in the sunshine...what a perfect way to spend a day.

Jocelyn's first walk in a stroller...Unfortunately mommy never got a turn to push her as her older sisters monopolized the job the whole time...I got to hold hands with my boyfriend instead...SWEET!!!

The girls love to paint on the Easel but it has to be an outside activity...

Jocelyn officially grabs for things now and plays with toys...I am so sad my baby is growing up so fast...

Easter eggs and all

Our Easter was fantastic! On Thrusday night we had an egg hunt with the in town cousins. The kids were super excited and super great hunters. The older cousins and Brent hid the eggs and some of them were very tricky to find (on top of brents head being held on by sunglasses, on top of the hot tub gazebo, inside the palm tree bark...) but they got all of them....After the hunt we dyed a few eggs but only a few so we don't have to eat boiled eggs for a year...It was definitely good messy fun (and grandma was a good sport letting us use her clean kitchen).

On Saturday we went to the community egg hunt at walmart. There were hundreds of eggs and more than hundreds of kids...It lasted two seconds and the girls each got a couple eggs...Good thing the anticipation before hand lasted for a while or it would have been a very short high.

The girls got really excited for Easter baskets this year and Cami let me in on her plan to catch the Easter bunny...it involved hanging string with bells attached to the door...Somehow the Easter bunny snuck in anyway.

The pre hunt excitement...waiting for the eggs to be hidden.

Everyone loves each other...

Jocelyn enjoying the hunt from a "safe" distance.

Taryn's cute face...her preschool teacher did face painting that morning.

Cami excited over her great haul!

Dyeing eggs and seeing what cool colors fingers turn while emersed in dye...

Pre Walmart egg hunt bonding...Daddy loves his girls.

Two sisters that love each other.

Everyone loves Grandma.....she ROCKS!!!
